Committee member of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7/WG 21, the international standards body responsible for ISO 19770 (Software Asset Management), and founder of SAM Charter, an internationally recognised SAM and ITAM consultancy, Rory is a winner of the prestigious ITAM Professional of the Year award. Rory's ISO/IEC standards committee experience directly informs the technical rigour and auditability standards embedded in Argus Pro's frameworks. Rory served in the Royal Navy, and his background spans multiple global enterprise engagements across sectors.
Vinay Vyas

Vinay has deep, global AFC credentials. He led one of the World's largest forensic investigations into an Investment Bank suspected of being complicit in tax evasion, resulting in a US$2.6 billion fine for the bank. He has worked for Deloitte and KPMG, as well as for Global Top-25 Investment Banks. He has led TM reviews, high-risk customer identification, FCA S166 remediation, designed global risk assessment systems, and helped a bank demonstrate effective controls to secure a UK banking licence. Alongside working with some of the world's largest financial institutions on AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and regulatory data lineage, Vinay has also published several articles in international journals, spoken at conferences, and delivered guest lectures at several UK universities.

Victor brings 25 years of commercial consulting and market intelligence experience across EMEA and Asia-Pacific, having built and led revenue-generating advisory practices for global firms including Euromonitor International, GfK, and Visa Europe. He has worked at the intersection of data, insight, and strategic decision-making throughout his career, including as General Manager of Euromonitor's China operation, where he increased revenue by over 250% in three years. At Argus Pro, Victor is responsible for commercial development, strategic partnerships, and the operational infrastructure that brings the firm's regulatory frameworks to market.
